We have three fully equipped on-site workshops staffed by factory trained engineers with a combined experience of over 50,000 services.

• Our technicians regularly attend product training courses run by several U.K. distributors and have also visited all of the European based factories.
• To further our technician's knowledge (as most new sewing machine products are premiered in the United States) they are now regular participants of a major North American Annual Dealer Conference.

Most manufacturers recommend that your sewing machine should be serviced annually. In high-use situations it should be done more often.
